USCIS Conducts H-1b Lottery

The USCIS announced that it has completed the H-1b lottery and that receipts on those cases that were chosen should be received no later than June 2, 2008. We should also expect that cases not chosen will begin to be returned and that process could take 6-8 weeks.  If your case was filed as a premium processing case and chosen, the clock will start to tick as of April 14, 2008.     It’s June 2 now and I still have’nt received mine….just want to ask HLG if you already received for some of your clients? Because if you did not then it means that I still have a hope to be included in the lottey…thanks.

    hi, even i did nt recieve any mail. my case is also still pending. so hope we may have chance to get h1.
