Views on Business Immigration is a publication of Hammond Law Group and is designed to provide current information relevant to the international worker employed on an H-1b, L-1, E, O, or TN visa, and the US companies that employ them. We will cover topics relating to visas, permanent residency, compliance, government agency actions and Congressional activity.

Douglas J. Halpert has joined Hammond Law Group as a Partner. Douglas has practiced immigration law for over 23 years and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 1997.

Kristin Hoffman has joined Hammond Law Group as an Associate. While attending University of Cincinnati College of Law, she served as Outreach Coordinator for the Immigrant Community Legal Advocacy Project. She was also the Editor-in-Chief of the Immigration & Nationality Law Review.
