The Department of State has released the June Visa Bulletin and the Final Action Dates chart showed significant forward movement specifically for India EB3 which jumped almost 9 mos. India EB2 and China EB2 and EB3 also saw forward movement of several months. All other categories and countries remained “current” The Dates for Filing chart remained unchanged. The USCIS has yet to announce which chart they will honor for June I-485 filings but, we expect it to be the Final Action Date chart. We will update this post when that information is released. If you have an I-485 filed and your priority date will be current under the Final Action Date chart, this means that your case is eligible for a final adjudication. This could take the form of a request for a personal interview, the issuance of an RFE, or an approval.
