The Department of State (DOS) has released the May Visa Bulletin and sadly, retrogression is widespread impacting almost all categories and all countries. Only the EB1 category was not impacted. May Visa Bulletin Released

The DOS has released the May Visa Bulletin. The only category seeing a significant jump was the EB3 Philippines category. A few categories saw slight movement while others, including the “all others” EB3 category failed to advance. Congressional action to solve the retrogression issue is long past due.

May Visa Bulletin

The DOS has released the May Visa Bulletin and there was significnat movement for everyone not born in India, Mexico, or the Philippines.  The EB3 category jumped ahead 7 months for those born in China and 4 months for those in the all other chargeability areas.
